Bring your own snacks as dahl won't be served till around 6pm

It's a longer day running from 1230-7pm, please arrive on time so you can be part of our opening ceremony!

Please book by *Sat morning* so we can guarantee you dahl and headphones for the dance

Another blessed gathering in the woodland. Coming together for these gatherings brings us back home, to ourselves and each other in-between the every day running of life. These gatherings allow us to drop into the space and reset that sometimes overrun nervous system or just to simply be in the joy of a conscious gathering 🌀

Giving huge thanks and gratitude to & for always being so welcoming as we come to dance under the trees and land you so tenderly love and nurture.

for opening the space up in forest bathing and breath work.

Marty to tending to the fire and keeping it going so we can wonder over and be with the energy whenever we feel called but especially when the dance is over and we create space to relax and enjoy the relaxing sounds which was so lovingly offered by & .. we are honoured you came to play in the temple of the trees for us all to receive 🙏🏼 🕉 the energy from your lands in Nepal was truly felt 💫

Giving thanks to , creator of these community events , dance facilitator and cacao ceremony holder. I am deeply grateful and honoured to be of service in these times in however that is called to come through. Always with the intention of love and connection 🦋

Join me for the next cacao dieta starting on the 12th January, the first full moon of the year taking us into the cycle of Imbolc 🌕

You have the option to join a Cacao facilitator training course on the 9th February. This course not only guides you into offering cacao in reverence but also how to hold space in the western world. I include trauma informed training which covers creating a safe environment while still holding boundaries in a safe and informed way.

By taking the cacao dieta, you're essentially working with cacao to engage as an ally in your journey of life, in the ups and the downs. It's about showing up authentically for you and the community around you.

As we engage in a safe online container, you will be provided with daily prompts and material that will deepen the experience, with it all fitting into your own lifestyle.

I nearly never posted today, but how could I not! These faces light me up in the most glorious way possible ✨️ I have been on a deeply personal journey of my own this year but yet everything I do is rooted In community!

We are in challenging times, yet simultaneously we are in the most profoundly transformative times in our lifetime. Its not always easy to navigate. We will face so many difficult and confusing moments but together we are stronger.

A huge thank you to all of those who have completely trusted me in holding space for you all via my creations 🙏🏼🌀

I am human and creating such large events has its challenges (I'm actually just completely winging it 😉) but the love and connection felt, ripples through like a wave that is so deeply felt.

I always say..there is no me without you. Thank you for your continuous support as we navigate and dance our way through this life together.

Big thanks to those who help me behind the scenes especially with all the techy things as I'm a complete dinosaur and as I'm aging i think I may just be slowing down on this aspect a little more 😜

I do have a strong intention though and in whatever direction that wants to take in 2025 it will come from the highest good.

Who took me on the journey of hapeh initiation, the 4 day moon dance and to the jungle of Chiapas to the cacao plantation and the community there, where we prayed and honoured the land as I traveled around Mexico with him and learned the wisdom, this led to my meeting of Veronika from that took my journey back to Mexico for a cacao initiation has enhanced my love for this medicine even more deeply. This medicine and wisdom has also been brought to my daughter and my continuous collaboration with these souls just makes this journey even more heart warming.

It feels super aligned to now share this wisdom with the community.

You have the option of just the cacao dieta running from the 1st-21st December or you can add on the cacao facilitation course, running from the 5th-26th January. (2nd option has an instalment plan and can only be booked if you have done the Dieta first)

After much contemplation, reflection, discussions, refining & creating a more intentional message. As well as this coming back to my own roots and original message when I started this over 10 years ago.

I can say that "ROOTS TO FREEDOM" has been born!

Over the coming days you will start to see how this is taking shape and what offers are being applied for this beautiful co creation of meaningful connections.

This new offer will be supporting recovery teachers to bring nervous reset modalities into rehabs and recovery house centres. This will include all trauma related diseases.

Bringing the attention and focus into recovery from addictive ways that prevent us from living a life of freedom.

No matter where you are on your journey. If coming together with a community of people that have the motivation for growth and a desire to release addictive habits for a more purposeful life resonates with you, then we are your people 🦋

I will start to open up discussions on these topics more as the process unfolds. This includes podcasts and all the mind f**k thoughts that can stand in our way from true connection to ourselves and source 💫

If your journey has been addiction of any sort (not just drug addiction) or you have been effected by addiction, ie come from a family of addiction, been married to someone in addiction, then I would love to hear from you.

Do you still struggle with negative thought patterns that have power over the way you live? Do you swap one addiction from another? Or do you simply feel you need a community that can focus on solution based recovery practices and to just not feel like you're alone or misunderstood on this journey of recovery?
