I have been VTCT qualified since 2003 and am also a member of the FHT. I also have experience in working with clients who have Multiple Sclerosis, Fibromyalgia and Parkinson’s Disease and all have found it beneficial to them in helping their symptoms. The types of massage I offer are:
Swedish Massage
This type of massage concentrates on the superficial layers of the muscle working out a
ny knots that may be present by rubbing the muscles with long gliding strokes in the direction of blood returning to the heart. Additional Swedish massage techniques include circular pressure applied by the hands and palms, firm kneading, rubbing, percussion-like tapping and tapotement. Aromatherapy Massage
This type of massage uses pre-blended fragrant oils extracted from herbs, flowers and fruits to enhance the benefit of massage. Deep Tissue Massage
This type of massage concentrates on the deep layer of muscle in the body. I use deep pressure and long lever stretches and slow firm strokes. I also offer Ultrasound Therapy alongside Massage Therapy. Prices:
