I completed most of my training in India starting my journey in 2006.

I am a holistic health practitioner, offering treatments such as Massage, Reiki, Sound Healing I also run Yoga Soundbath and Meditation groups at various places in Warwickshire.

Apologies I have had to cancel this Saturday evenings Soundbath at Grendon Community Centre due to being stuck in India due to war crisis.

Simple things at my little hut in Bandarban Bangladesh, you do need a permit here as the tribes are protected so police checks in various areas..stopped at this place for 3 days with a full bamboo forest just on my balcony 😀

After a long day and overnight flight from Oman to Goa had my ayurvedic massage then slept for 10 hrs last night..this morning off for a chakra balancing yoga session at 8am this morning then a nice healthy breakfast of yogurt honey and fresh fruits ..😇😇
