Last week, Sarah returned to Hear Buy in Nottingham to support our latest cohort of Hearing Care Assistants (HCAs) during their revision week.

We’ve had an absolute blast teaching this incredible group — not only watching them grow their technical knowledge but also witnessing their confidence soar as they embrace compassionate, client-centred care.
It’s been inspiring to see them become truly equipped with the skills and heart needed to make a real difference in the lives of those with hearing needs.
