Settle in the here and now.
Reach down into the center
where the world is not spinning
and drink this holy peace.

Feel relief flood into every

MOKSHA ~ Liberation. What reminds you to stoke the inner fire 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥I’ve recently joined Surrey sports park because I love my swimming. Swimming is a place where I’ve realised I have literally no thoughts… why? Because I’m very focused on my breath. I find swimming one of the most therapeutic spaces to be in. 35/40 mins is usually a mile and that’s enough. I’d go more if I have the time. But 3 x a week is a luxury. It’s another moving meditation, but with swimming I’m not looking after anyone or anything. What mindful moments help you to be present. 🏊‍♀️🧡

Such a powerful quote by Rumi. What do you make it mean?
It made me think about how we can all get lost, at times, in the trappings of the illusion of life, believing that if we have a certain ‘thing’ if we look a certain way, if we judge/blame another person as bad or wrong, we will know peace, we will be happy and fulfilled.
It takes effort and awareness to stay with our values and what really matters.
The awakenings come from noticing when we have forgotten and then remember what really matters.
When we align with what really matters we are grounded in presence and our choices become authentic.
