Suffolk Dementia Support Offering person-centred support for families living at home with dementia. My name is Suzi and I have recently set up Suffolk Dementia Support.

My passion is to deliver the highest quality person-centred care and support tailored to your needs. My aim is to help families and support networks to keep strong bonds with their loved ones as their needs and abilities change through support and education. Dementia does not mean that quality of life has to diminish. It is the start of another chapter in yours or your loved ones life, which I aim to help you to enhance and reduce the likelihood of breakdowns in communication and to help everyone to adapt to new circumstances. Services are priced as follows

Personal care services £18 per hour
Support, social and domestic services £15 per hour
Journeys in my vehicle are charged on top of the hourly rate at 50p per mile.
