Wickham Market Hedgehog Help I volunteer locally for hedgehogs, give care, urgent first aid, overwinter autumn juveniles & am a 'hogulance' to rescues & vets. I am a 'hedgehog rehabber'.

Its late but I'm so pleased to say that it's 'gotcha night' for little Fifi. Small and under 300g, she wouldn't survive the winter. She's certainly teeny but feisty! Health checks n faecal samples tomorrow X🦔X

Been making these posters up. This new little hungry juvenile turned up last night; am so pleased he knows where to come now! At the moment the weather is still quite mild & it was night-time so he's fine, but I will be ready to grab him when the weather changes. Let's hope he stays around! X🦔X

Save our endangered native hedgehogs

This page is to help hedgehogs. I'm not a rescue, but do care passionately about hedgehogs & wildlife. I am a 'hedgehog carer', learning more everyday to save their lives, with the help of the British Hedgehog Preservation Society, Vale Wildlife Hospital and Suffolk Prickles. Any help to provide food, equipment, medicines etc is always appreciated. Getting an injured/ill hedgehog help quickly is crucial: its the difference between life and death.
