✨ And that’s a wrap! ✨

Yesterday marked our final day of term, and what a week it’s been. We've spent time reflecting on the incredible journeys of each of our young people.

For some, it was time for heartfelt goodbyes as they move on to new schools, college, and the next exciting chapter of their lives. We are so proud of how far they’ve come. 💫

We asked our older group to share one thing they’ve gained from their time at The Nest — and their words say it all. Our hearts are full. ♥️

Now it’s time for the team (and the animals!) to rest, reset, and recharge for the next academic year ahead.

🌟 We’re so excited — we’ve secured 10 more places for the London Landmarks Half Marathon 2026! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️✨

This year was our very first time taking part, and what an unforgettable day it was! We loved every minute — from cheering our runners on with all the noise and joy we could muster, to seeing the incredible impact their fundraising made.

If you decide to run with us in 2026, here’s what to expect:

🐣 A warm welcome to the farm to meet our animals, get to know the team, and truly understand how your efforts help change lives.
🤝 Dedicated support for all your fundraising efforts.
📣 The loudest and most enthusiastic cheer squad on race day.

A heartfelt thank you to Lisa, Simon, and Kathryn — Community First Responders from the East of England Ambulance Service — for generously giving up their time to teach our young people essential first aid skills.

Your knowledge, warmth, and real-life experiences were truly invaluable. You created a welcoming environment where our young people felt confident to ask questions, get hands-on, and build life-saving skills.

Yesterday was pure magic as our young people flowed through yoga with the amazing Yoga Jo under the glorious sun.

A beautiful chance to connect, refresh, slow down, and reset—together. 🌻✨

We’re so grateful for moments like these that remind us to breathe deeply and move gently, in body and mind.

Yesterday at The Nest, we were delighted to welcome PC Amy Yeldham and PCSO Christian Hassler! 👮‍♀️👮‍♂️
They spent time engaging with our young people, helping to build positive and trusting relationships with local public services. 💬✨

Creating opportunities like this is so important — it gives young people the chance to ask questions, gain valuable knowledge, and learn how to keep themselves and their communities safe. 🧠🤝

In celebration of Mental Health Week this year, our amazing young people will be showcasing their incredible artwork at the Framlingham Library - Old Court Room Gallery.

We're truly grateful for this opportunity and warmly invite everyone to stop by, view the exhibition, and support the creativity of our young people.

On Thursday 15th May, a member of The Nest team will also be on hand at the library. If you're curious about what we do or want to learn more about referrals and how we support young people—come say hello! 👋
