I have shyed away from AI in the past, but realise, the world is moving forwards, nothing in my opinion will ever replace real connection with real people (which is why I love my clients and my work)
Today I joined AI Advantage Summit 2026 and upskilling myself in other areas - super excited that I could take a photo of the contents of my fridge and AI creates a recipe for dinner - think it’s a good place to start 🤩

I truly love what I do 💗

Working with clients, blending bespoke aromatherapy, and creating treatments that support both emotional and physical wellbeing is something I never take for granted. Every session is different, and that’s because every person is different.

My work is about listening, responding, and gently supporting the whole person — sometimes that means deep relaxation, sometimes comfort, and sometimes just space to rest.
