Retail therapy = pure bliss 🛍️✨ Popped into Next for some gorgeous new outfits, then treated ourselves to coffee and cake at Costa. We even met Charlie, the sweetest assistance dog — total heart-melter! 🐶💕 Just the kind of day we needed!

"What No Cake?" were back and better than ever! 🎶
Our favourite ukulele band filled the afternoon with toe-tapping tunes and sing-along classics – from Elvis to The Seekers, we didn’t miss a beat.

Voices were raised, spirits were high, and the smiles said it all – what a brilliant afternoon of music and joy!

What a day we had yesterday!
We tied on our aprons and got stuck into baking – the kitchen was filled with the delicious smell of almond cupcakes and biscuits (and maybe a little bit of friendly competition!).

In the afternoon, we turned up the vibes with our famous garden cocktail party – sunshine, laughter, cocktails, mocktails, and mountains of cake. Pure bliss! ☀️🍸🧁

Some of us chose a slower pace with a peaceful afternoon tea – calm, cosy, and just as delightful. Whatever your style, it was a perfect day all around!

Autumn is in the air, and so is our creativity!
Yesterday was a busy (and very fun) autumnal crafting day! We kicked things off by making the cutest miniature pumpkins — seriously, they’re tiny bundles of joy.

Then we rolled up our sleeves and got to work on our autumn wreath
We used real leaves we’ve been collecting and added our own decorative flair… the result is a beautiful, handmade welcome to the season!

Sorry for the delay — we’ve been busy making the whole place smell like a lavender field! 💜🌿
On Friday, we crafted some lovely lavender scent bags for our residents to enjoy however they’d like — tucked into drawers, under pillows, or just carried around for a calming boost.

The result? A very fragrant home… maybe even too fragrant 😅
Let’s just say you could smell the relaxation from a mile away!

Today we hosted our Macmillan Coffee Morning and WOW — thank you to everyone who came along, donated, and made it so special 💚 Every single penny raised helps support those living with cancer, and truly makes a huge difference. Your kindness means the world! 🌍✨ We raised a total of £74.60! With cash and QR donations!!
And a special well done to Jane, a daughter of one of our lovely residents, for winning the "How many coffee cups?" game!
