I am a licensed massage therapist and intuitive healer offering treatments in the Hastings area & London that are relaxing, empowering and tailored for you. I am qualified in Holistic and Advanced Deep Tissue massage and often intuitively blend these techniques according to what my client presents on the day. I also use a combination of breath work and guided meditation at the beginning of all tre

atments so you can arrive more fully within. My main therapy is Insight Healing, a safe energy healing modality that combines Reiki, intuitive channelling, deep presence and nervous system awareness. It works effectively at clearing 'blocks' and trapped emotions in the energy biofield, often sensing strong imagery and feelings of past life and ancestral memories. Using physical touch/massage for grounding it returns feelings of coherence in the body, emotional balance and release and crucially emotional embodied insight. Through awareness, love and the breath I release and transmute whatever presents itself, empowering my clients with this and any other messages the subconscious mind/body would like you to receive. The long term effects that I see in my clients are a strengthening of life purpose, increased intuitive abilities and awareness of their own energy fields, and an overall improvement in health and well being.

A sun glistening last Sunday shift with the final moulting seals, spectacularly close to the shoreline due to high tide and strong winds.

The wonder of walking down the north gap slope to greet fellow wardens and discover where the seals are at never fades. Each time is an A-Ha welling of surprise.

A total mixture of sensory light expansion in nature and an inner confirmation of the soul.

There was a blend of big bull jostling today and some super chill stragglers. A moment when a mischievous pup crawled towards me looking perfectly spraypainted gold in the sun 🌞

Throughout my career as a Psychic and Energy Healer I have witnessed firsthand how powerful Past Life Healing can be.

I have seen clients with deep seated emotional and physical patterns have massive releases and finally make sense of all kinds of intransigent inter personal conflicts.

The feeling of lightness and peace is tremendous and so nourishing on a soul level. And in truth you don't even need to believe in reincarnation. These can represent aspects of the subconscious that need safe exploration.

For me as a therapist it's the highest form of service. I was bestowed with the gift by spirit several years back when I dived deep and explored some of my own past lives.

I recently channelled an intuitive reading with this beautiful yin and feminine nourishing deck.

I work often with mothers and the beauty of this oracle is how much it supports women juggling the needs of others to return to their own core needs, resting in deep reverence for self care.

It also holds the archetype of the Mystic and watery depths of the soul work.
