Building Self Confidence Essence

This essence is very complicated and took several days to make by the teams
Removal of : energetic blocks frequencies and patternings of all beliefs, thinking , fears of a negative nature that destroy your confidence. Belief in others criticism.
Feeling small, diminished , believing what others think, afraid to speak up, afraid of ridicule, failure , belief you are insignificant , do not count .Lack of self worth, self esteem. Self belief , self approval, self like self love .

We have over some years developed essences for animals , they have many of the problems that humans do , many problems are created by humans !
Dogs who are emotional and mental helpers for people, often take on their owners stresses, this is not to be discounted ...often they need a break and help . Essence is one way , and Spirit healing team work with our specialist in animals in spirit is another way .

Self Approval Essence.

It is so easy to self depreciate but what about self appreciation.
We are quick to judge our faults but not quick to praise our virtues.

Seeing the good in yourself.
Seeing your gifts and talents
Seeing you are a worthwhile human being.
Seeing your self worth.
Appreciating yourself and celebrating yourself.
It is not about being a goody two shoes or being better than others, or having an ego boost.
It's knowing , recognising the truth of yourself, the good.
Liking approving and loving self.
It's not looking or needing to seek approval or reassurance from others, peers, family, or work colleagues .

Being awed and amazed by your own magnificence but being humbled by it also.
Knowing there is always room to improve, grow develop.
Knowing you are a work in progress but celebrating how far you have come.
It's recognising yourself as a being on a journey.
It's not about being smug, arrogant, self satisfied or bragging.
