In ancient times, Muses were considered to be a source of inspiration for writers, artists, scientists... and at the Wellbeing Muse, I want to inspire you to take the steps to find a happier, healthier you, that feels that you are walking on the right path. Life pressures, work stress, exam nerves, wedding day jitters, etc... all can lead to a state of anxiety that many of us face at one time or another, or for some it can be a daily struggle. People find in general that they have difficulty switching off and actually find a relaxed state. Not being able to relax can lead to a number of issues, from sleep problems, ill-health and feeling generally run-down all the time. The Wellbeing Muse classes and workshops are designed to help you learn the Art of Relaxation, and to understand that you can make changes and put coping mechanisms in place so you can find your inner relaxed self.

I have been having lots of interesting conversations with people lately who are struggling with life. If you are in a place where you seem to be struggling. Make sure you tell someone and reach out. Don't put off talking to someone because they appear to be too busy with their own lives to care about yours. The right people (family, friends, etc), would rather you reach out and tell them you need help or you need to talk, than finding out through you being absent from their lives.
