RIP Phoebe, The Hog Dog, who had been our loyal K-9 team member and companion for 16 years. Her most favourite place in the world, was at Wantisden Valley with our crew whilst rigging and de-rigging events, sniffing, chasing squirrels, rabbits and pheasants. In the early days as a puppy she was with us marshalling at the pig tunnels and, until her retirement 2 years ago, she would join us on the pre-race test run - much to Mrs Hog's annoyance as she would go home stinking of that infamous bog mud.
