My week has been a blur of admin, client sessions, and moving my body. It isn’t always a masterpiece, but showing up is what counts.

I even tackled a pots-and-pans purge: it’s amazing how decluttering the house helps declutter the mind. Focus on those small wins; they add up faster than you think.
