As horse riders we spend a lot of time, money and effort getting and keeping our horses right. But what about the rider? If your biomechanics are not functioning well your performance suffers. When you are not riding your body compensates. When you are on your horse you unwittingly bring them into the frame.
To get the best from your horse remember you are a team. Your tight neck, shoulder, lower back, or hips are felt not just by you but your horse as well.
I am an experienced L5 Sports Massage and Soft Tissue Remedial Therapist as well as BHS stg IV rider and Intermediate instructor with a wealth of knowledge I apply in my treatments. I work with you the rider not just to rehab injuries but also treat pain, tension, improve range of movement and help keep you fit and at your best for schooling your horse.
