We've been treated to some really beautiful sunsets recently, making it hard not to pause and take a quick photo.

Merry Christmas to all our valued patients and followers.

Our practice is now closed so our wonderful practitioners can spend time with their friends and family. Our phone lines will reopen on Saturday 27 December, between 9:00am and 12:00pm, with our practice back open on Monday 29 December.

The tree is up, and we're feeling rather festive here at the practice.

If you've visited us recently, you may have noticed that we have some presents under the tree. These gifts have been donated by staff and patients, and will be delivered to the children at East Anglia's Children's Hospice on Monday 22 December.

If you'd like to add to the collection, please leave your gift under the tree before Friday 19 December. East Anglia's Children's Hospices - EACH asks that any items you donate be unwrapped and placed in gift bags, as presents will be distributed throughout the year.

We just love coming to work in the mornings and being greeted by the amazing paintings in our waiting room. Did you know, everything you see is for sale?

The incredible team at Art for Cure stopped by a few months ago to display the paintings, and we've had so many lovely comments about them all.

Art for Cure is a national charity that raises vital funds for breast cancer research through the sale of art. We are proud to support them by displaying these paintings in our waiting room.

For every painting sold, up to 50% commission is donated to Art for Cure, and we'd like to thank our customers who have purchased a painting.

We’re excited to welcome Rebecca to the Tollgate Healthcare team. She joins us as our new Structural Therapist, bringing with her two decades of experience in health and wellness. We couldn’t be happier to have her on board.

Rebecca uses tailored massage techniques and articulation methods to help her patients heal from injury, reduce stress and uplift their spirits.

Rebecca is also in the process of renewing her osteopath registration, and once completed, will be joining our osteopath team.
