Lan Rui Yoga Yoga Classes, Private Yoga, Workshops, Yoga Retreats - Based in Woodbridge - Suffolk My classes are student centered.

I have been practicing yoga for over 15 years, and teaching for over 9 years. I find yoga a great way to release any stress or tension in the body whilst also calming my mind. Yoga is a comprehensive practice designed to increase flexibility, tone, strengthen the core, soothe the mind and nourish the soul. I believe in allowing each student time to develop in their own way. Variations and modifica

tions are given if needed. I passionately believe and take pride in welcoming all students whether a beginner or an advanced practitioner. I aim to create a welcoming and fun environment for all. I enjoy making sure there are options for those that want to take it easier and also options for those that want to challenge themselves further in their practice. Qualifications
*BA Hons Degree in Business & German
*Certified Yoga Teacher – Ashtanga Vinyasa (RYT 200)
*Certified Natural Movement / MovNat Instructor (MCT)
*Certified Deep Tissue & Holistic Massage Therapist

I've been teaching this class regularly for about 13 years now. I still have a few students that joined from the beginning 😮 that is very great they are still enjoying the practice 😊

Very excited about this year's Corfu Yoga Retreat ☀️🎉 I can't wait!

I wanted to create a yoga holiday that allows everyone to be themselves, relax and have fun.

Go to bed earlier or later and start at a normal time in the morning then feel refreshed at the end. It is your holiday after all.

There will be 2 yoga sessions a day and with lots of time for rest and relaxation.

There will 1 or 2 options for activities if people want.

One of the nights, we go out to enjoy a local Greek restaurant.

🩶It represents a "sweet spot" of maximum effort, balance, and focus, where you are challenged but not overwhelmed.

🩶It is the point in a challenge where you are stretched but still able to remain calm and focused, balancing effort with ease.

How to not get too stiff from lifting weights, running, other exercise and just living actually! 😄

✨Keep stretching little and often

I will still get muscle soreness but the stiffness is always massively reduced if I stretch little and often outside of my yoga practice 🧘
