Harnessing Happiness This page is all about how to harness our own happiness through the practice of yoga, relaxation, me After all, why be miserable when you can be happy?

Debra set up Harnessing Happiness back in 2013, after relocating from South London to coastal Suffolk. Classes in yoga, mindfulness, relaxation and well-being began soon after. On the website, and social media pages, you'll pick up lots of ideas and practices to help you become happier, peaceful and empowered. If you want to be happy, this a good place to begin. Please check our website for class times and locations.

Yoga & Mindfulness classes begin again this coming Friday 25 June at 10 am! All welcome, via Zoom, so you can join from anywhere! Do get in touch for more details! We have a six-week block this Summer, and if you are looking to become more flexible, stronger and happier then these classes are for you. Do hope you will join us.

Hello again. We continue Mindfulness classes
tomorrow in Woodbridge, looking at how to deal with anger and resentment when those negative mental events arise. There are powerful practices we can learn and use - look forward to sharing these with you tomorrow. 11.15 - 12.45 - all welcome.
Yoga and Mindfulness continues in Snape this coming Thursday at 1 pm and at 10 am on Friday.

The weekly drop-in class at Woodbridge continues tomorrow, Monday 29 October, and I'm hoping you will join our small friendly group.
We all feel anxious and worried sometimes, so we're going to be looking at ways to deal with this. When we know how we can quickly find our way back home, to our peaceful inner core. See you in the morning! 11.15 in Woodbridge Library.

Wonderful to have worked with you all this year - and thanks to everyone who came to the lunch yesterday. We begin classes again in January 2018. 18 and 19 Jan in Snape for Yoga and Mindfulness, and the drop-in Mindfulness classes start again in Woodbridge on 22 January. Peace to you this Christmas.
