The WCHC sponsored the 10K today and thank you to all the wonderful organisers and marshals at this great event. Petra & Jason were two of our runners who got through the finish line in under 55 minutes, unfortunately another runner had to pull out due to an injury but thankfully she is on the road to recovery 😍(so we hope to see Heidi doing it next year!)..... Petra in particular would like to thank Alix Murland for her wonderful to get her calves through the race, Fiona Ruia for her to help with strains and sore muscles, and Isabelle Wen, the for her Chinese plasters........if none of these treatments were available, Petra wouldn't have been able to complete it...... so a big thank you to all these therapists, it just goes to show what a great team we are here at the WCHC
