So I am not one to post pics of myself usually.. However I wanted to let everyone in on a little experiment and possible lesson.

It's so easy to drift into unknowingly bad routines. For the last couple of months I had noticed my physique feeling flatter and flatter, my energy a little lower and my sleep slightly disturbed.

So I tracked my calories the other day (something I don't advocate doing all the time, unless your starting out a body transformation or dialling your physique in for some specific athletic goal) but I am so glad I did.. I have been consuming nearly a thousand calories a day under what I should be, plus I intermittent fast 1 day a week ! So my calorie deficit is stupidly low at the moment and it doesn't take a detective to realise why I am experiencing the above.

So my point is. Every now and then track your food and calories as it is so easy to fall under or go over without consciously realising you have.

Anyway going to slowly increase my calories over the coming months and will post again to let everyone know how it goes, hopefully increase in muscle and decrease in fat as my metabolism fires back up again 😁
