A few of the practice team attended the Cheshire and Merseyside Cancer Alliance cancer awareness workshop this morning, reminding us of the importance of early detection and the role we play in Primary Care, meeting the Social Action lead for Wirral Mike Fortune who’s doing amazing work spreading the word about screening in our local area.

The ADHD support group has got off to a flying start with patients receiving help and guidance from Caritas and peer to peer support! We have lots lined up for the next 8 weeks of the programme, to join the group, please call reception.

**Cancer wellbeing event**
If you are living with cancer or supporting a family member who is, please come and join us tomorrow for the next in our series of Cancer wellbeing events.

We will be joined by the lovely Patsy from The Holistic Cancer Centre who will be giving a talk and answering your questions.

We’ll have refreshments ready and we look forward to welcoming you all.

Despite the awful weather, we had 250 visitors for flu and Covid today, helping to fight off winter viruses. Thank you to the amazing nursing team for all your hard work!
