Our 10 Class Pack of Reformer Pilates for £150 goes live this Saturday 25 January so you can stock up on your Reformer credits (making each class just £15!) 💚

Reformer Pilates has been having more than a ‘moment’, and for good reason. It is a full-body practice which strengthens and mobilises simultaneously. With the control and precision of Classical Pilates it can also be a mindful practice which builds an embodied awareness.
