Semi Private personal training programmes with a choice of 2, 3 or unlimited training sessions a week available to be booked and access to additional group training and classes. Training in small groups of no more than 6, creates a brilliant community environment, full of a range of different people, with different goals but motivation in common. Fully bespoke training programme and nutritional advice designed for where you are now and exactly where you want to be in mind, built with you to get the best results in a way you will enjoy.

2 experienced personal trainers, with a wide variety of skills, backgrounds and specialities to get the best from you and to achieve your best possible outcome. Educating you throughout the process on both healthy eating, exercise, mindset & well-being so it become a lifestyle change rather than a quick fix enabling you to keep the changes you make forever

Our Story

A plan emerged between 2 personal trainers whilst running a 20 mile obstacle race and suffering mild bouts of hypothermia

The plan was to build a community of people all moving in the same direction, with the same goals and the same needs.

To provide coaching in fitness & nutrition, in an environment that helped them progress with coaching in a way that was for the real world, for real people.

Small group personal training is the method we use, training 3-6 people in a group, with customised programmes to suit each individual, their needs, strengths & weaknesses.
