Trying to lose weight for summer but don’t know where to start?

The 8 week DPP nutrition course sees clients loosing on average 6-12lbs of pure fat!

Yes we can help you drop a size or more in 8 weeks, faster than any skinny jabs!

More importantly we will teach you good habits for life? So you never need to ‘diet’ again!

Micro-habits are small, simple actions that, when practiced regularly, can lead to significant positive changes over time, making it easier to build new habits and achieve goals.

Baby steps:

Micro-habits are designed to be incredibly easy to start and maintain, requiring minimal effort or time.

* Foundation for Change:

They serve as the foundation for building larger, more complex habits and achieving long-term goals.

* Examples:

* You don’t eat veg? Start by eating one portion a day?

Ask why is this important to you? Can you start with small and build on this?

* You don’t drink water, can you start by drinking a glass of water first thing in the morning,

* You can’t get your daily steps in, can you park further away in the works car park?

Can you take the stairs instead of the lift? Small micro changes that you can build on?

* Focus on Consistency:

The key is to focus on consistency and making these small actions a daily routine, rather than aiming for perfection or large, overwhelming changes.

How micro habits work:

* They Reduce Overwhelm:
By breaking down large goals into manageable micro-habits, you can avoid feeling overwhelmed and stay motivated.

* They help Build Momentum:
Each small action creates a sense of accomplishment and builds momentum, making it easier to continue and build upon those habits.

* They help strengthen Neural Pathways:
Regularly performing micro-habits strengthens the neural pathways associated with those behaviors, making them easier to repeat and integrate into your daily routine. It’s that loop back reward again!?

They make you feel better and more positive about your changes and habits!?

Remember change happens over time not overnight, Learning as you go, take it one day at a time, the more you practice the easier it will come!

💡Did you know that your gut is often referred to as your “second brain”? 🧠

That’s because the gut microbiome—the collection of bacteria and other microorganisms living in your digestive tract—does so much more than help digest food. It influences your immune system, mental health, and even your energy levels!

When your gut is out of balance (often due to poor diet, stress, or overuse of antibiotics), you might experience bloating, fatigue, or even mood swings.

The good news? You can help restore balance by feeding your gut the right foods. Probiotic-rich foods like yoghurt, kefir, kimchi, and sauerkraut introduce good bacteria, while prebiotic foods like garlic, bananas, and oats feed the good bacteria already in your system. 🌱🍌

Start small: include at least one gut-friendly food in your meals every day, and watch your body respond with more energy and improved digestion!

What’s your favourite gut-boosting food or recipe? Let’s share ideas in the comments and keep each other on track to a healthier gut! 💬👇

You’ve probably heard that "recovery is just as important as training," but let’s dive deeper into why. 🛌

Sleep and rest are when your body truly gets to work—repairing muscles, balancing hormones, and boosting your immune system. Without enough quality sleep, even the most intense workouts won’t yield the results you’re after. You might find yourself hitting a plateau, feeling fatigued, or worse, getting injured.

Here’s how sleep supercharges your progress:
💪 Muscle Recovery: During deep sleep, your body releases growth hormones that help repair muscle tissue after workouts. The better you sleep, the better your muscles recover and grow.

🧠 Mental Clarity: Sleep isn’t just physical—your brain needs it too! A good night’s sleep sharpens focus, improves mood, and enhances decision-making, making it easier to stick to healthy habits.

🛡️ Immune Boost: Chronic sleep deprivation weakens your immune system, making you more susceptible to colds and other illnesses. Prioritize rest to keep your defenses strong!

Aim for 7-9 hours of quality sleep per night. Create a calming bedtime routine, avoid screens at least 30 minutes before bed, and wind down with meditation or light reading. How do you make sure you’re getting enough sleep? Share your nighttime routine in the comments—I’d love to hear your tips! 💬👇
