Most of our members are over 40 and come to us with busy lives, past injuries, aches, or health considerations — and that’s exactly why we do things differently.
We offer small group strength training, with a personal trainer present at every session. Every exercise is adapted to suit the individual, so you’re never left guessing or worrying about whether you’re doing it right.
You don’t need to be confident.
