Just a gentle reminder no Yin next Thursday 26th March at Jubilee Park, however, you can still practice Yin at Stixwould at 6.30pm on Tuesday 24th .

Friday 20th March, the March Equinox is the first day of spring in the Northern Hemisphere . This month we’ve been focussing on hip openers, to release unwanted stagnant energy that we’ve stored over winter. We’ve also been wringing out our internal organs through compression and detoxification with a few twists included in our practice .

For those of you who would like to honour the shift in seasons, and would like to join one of my classes

Ideal for beginners and intermediates

Tuesday Yin Yoga 6.30pm -7.30pm Stixwould Village Hall
(Please bring a blanket , cushion a bolster if you have one)

Please don’t let the roadworks in Stixwould stop you from an evening of stillness and mindfulness. We will be back at Stixwould next Tuesday at 6.30pm . If you still want to practice Yin Yoga this week, I have another class at Jubilee Park Woodhall Spa tomorrow (Thursday) 6.45pm 🙏

Yin Yoga Tuesday 13th January at Stixwould Village Hall 6.30 ! We will be focussing on our Muladhara (root chakra) helping us keep grounded and stabilised.

No Yin Yoga tomorrow in Stixwould. Work is being done in the Village Hall car park . Access into Stixwould is also proving to be a nightmare due to the road closures etc. Hopefully we will be back practicing soon

What a better way to start the New Year with 45 minutes of Yin Yoga on Friday 2nd January @6.45 at Jubilee Park Woodhall Spa
Our practice will allow us to move into a deep relaxation, along with deep stretches which will clear space for new energy as we move into the New Year
