Join me tonight at 6.30pm Stixwould Village Hall for an hour of Yin Yoga. Tonight we will be embracing the quiet energy of October . We
will be focussing on the metal element which is associated with the lung and large intestine meridians as we prepare for winter and let go of what no longer serves us
The village hall is warm and cosy although you may want to bring a blanket and a cushion or a pillow

and just like that it’s Friday !

This morning I’ll be teaching at Stixwould Village Hall at 9.30am. The class is a gentle flow for all abilities . It’s perfect if you’re new to Yoga, or after a busy week you just want to gently ease into your weekend .

We will be outside Jubilee Park Woodhall Spa for Yin Yoga at 6.30pm . Please book through reception and please bring warm comfy clothes . Last week was a beautiful evening watching the sun set . The weather is looking good for this evening so fingers crossed mother nature spoils us again. 🙏

Autumnal Equinox, means big energetic shifts. It's the first day of Fall in the Northern hemisphere. The equinox serves as the exact midpoint between the summer and winter solstices. It's a significant occurrence in both astrology and astronomy, the spiritual meaning of the autumn equinox is also acknowledged by cultures around the world — so aligning with its energy it can help you find grounding during this seasonal transition. To help ground yourself engage in nature, write in your journal, practice deep breathing. The 4-7-8 breathing technique (inhale for 4 hold for 7 and exhale for 8 )helps calm the nervous system.
View the equinox as a time to reflect, release and to let go, a time to welcome new beginnings
