🎉 Happy 6 Month SystmConnect Anniversary 🎉

We have now been using our online platform “Systm Connect” for 6 months.

We would like to thank all our staff and patients for aiding in the smooth transition from our old system to our new one!

Are you ready for August Bank Holiday? ☀️🕶️⛱️🍉👙

The surgery will be closed from Friday 22nd August at 6:30pm and will reopen Tuesday 26th August at 8:00am.

Do you need to provide a urine sample?

**PLEASE BE AWARE WE CAN ONLY ACCEPT URINE SAMPLES IN STERILE PLASTIC PITS AS PICTURED**

We now have white top sample pots available at both sites for patients to take and use if requested. No need to ask! There will be a tub on front reception which you are free to take from (as pictured below) - if you ever notice they’re running low, please let one of our friendly staff members know!
