🌟 CVMC PATIENT CHAMPIONS EVENT 🌟

Today at Crouch Vale Medical Centre our Patient Champions have been speaking to many of you who came in. This has helped us gather information on how you, our patients feel about the service you receive. There were questionnaires that were handed out to be completed!

Who are Patient Champions?
CVMC Patient Champion Group is made up from each individual practice PPG (Patient Participation Group) members. They came together and formed an alliance to help promote their practices.

Can I become a Patient Champion?
Of course, we are always looking for new members to recruit! Contact your own practice and ask if you can have your details passed to the Practice Manager to join their PPG
