Woodstock Counselling

I have been working as a therapist for 16 years and began my training in 2004 in Cambridge, where I was awarded a Diploma in Counselling. I am also qualified to provide group therapy. I am an integrative counsellor which means that I use a number of methods to suit the needs of my work. My main disciplines are Psychodynamic Therapy, Individual (Adlerian) Therapy and some CBT techniques.

I have experience working in NHS Primary care, within charities and also in private practice, I sometimes run therapeutic groups.

My work is suitable for solution-focused brief therapy as well as long-term counselling.
