Fighting Resistance by Finding Your Flow

Resistance is the force that wants things to remain the way they are, staying the same. So when we want to create something new we usually confront this force

It is a condition of the subconscious mind, fear of the unknown. When your pre-frontal cortex starts generating a stream of objections and excuses. The #1 enemy of the creator

It will do…Anything to keep you from your flow!

Resistance will use your own thoughts and emotions to stop you in your tracks, it’ll make excuses, take advantage of your tiredness and utilise all types of distractions

I’m not good enough, I’m too tired, I’ll do it tomorrow, it’s too hard, I’m too old, I’m not as good as them…Resistance is a relentless beast!
