Price Update Notice

After two years of holding my prices steady, I now find it necessary to make a small increase. As you know, the cost of everything—from supplies to utilities—has continued to rise, and as a small business, I need to make this small adjustment in order to continue providing the level of service and quality you expect.

This change will take effect from 1st September 2025. I’ve kept the increase as minimal as possible, and I truly appreciate your understanding and continued support.

‼️Educational Post‼️

To fellow techs & clients. Our skin is extremely delicate & thin on our eyelids/under brows or face. So sometimes skin lifting can occur. It is not a burn!

The effect of waxing/sugaring when using certain skin products/medications/personal changes such as :

- Retinol
- AHA
- Retin- A
- Steroid Creams
- Acne Creams
- Over the counter skin products containing the above
- Weather change
- Hormone change
- Antibiotics
- Smoking
- Pregnancy
- Rosacea
- Blood thinners
- Some exfoliators
- Excessive caffeine
- Sunbeds
- Run down / Illness
- some medications
- Allergic

It is normal and can happen at any time during your appointment. Some clients don’t even realise they are using products that contain these ingredients.

If skin-lifting happens, the best thing to do is apply Aloe Vera Gel or Bepanthen to the area and keep it clean. The area will go pinkish in colour / dry ,flakey & tender this will reduce and pretty much go away after 3 days or could take longer.

If you’re new to the industry or this has never happened to you before please don’t panic most of us have experienced this at least once in our career/ hair removal lifetime. Educate your clients & clients PLEASE educate us on what medications/creams etc you’re using. Remember you can become allergic to anything at anytime, making the therapist job harder.

If you need to cancel or amend don’t forget Salon Rules apply! 48hrs working notice is required, so I can advertise it.

I have been informed that from the 7th July this app will no longer be FREE fees for me but will charge 2.5%. So I will no longer be using this app! Sorry guys. So make sure you use all your points before then 🙏

I do take cash or bank transfers, which is free for me, before you leave (message me for my bank details for you to set it up) or I do still take cards but that costs me 1.69% each transaction.

As a small business these costs can ruin us. Thank you for your understanding ❤️
