The first class is a FREE taster session - Just a few spaces left!

Gentle yoga is exactly that. Classes move at a slower pace, with plenty of options and time. Suitable for everyone!

Perfect if you:
✨ want to improve strength and flexibility gradually
✨ need movement that’s kinder to knees, wrists or backs
✨ prefer a calmer, more relaxed style of class
✨ are returning to movement after a break
✨ simply want an hour to breathe and reset

At this time of year, it’s completely natural to feel a lift in energy.

More light and longer days can increase motivation, which is why many of us feel the urge to make plans, start fresh, or “get things sorted”.

The tricky part is, that burst of energy can quickly turn into overwhelm if we try to do everything at once.

So this month in class, we’re focusing on working with that energy in a steadier way.

As we come to the end of this month’s Root to Rise theme, it’s a lovely moment to pause and notice what has grown.

Over the past few weeks, we’ve focused on grounding through the body, moving slowly, stretching gently, and building steady foundations through breath and balance.

Yoga philosophy reminds us that growth often happens quietly.
Like plants in spring, the strongest changes begin beneath the surface — through small, steady, consistent steps.

Taking time to root into the body, even for just an hour each week, helps create more calm, stability, and ease in everyday life.

Thank you to everyone who joined the April classes and brought such a warm and supportive energy to the room each week.

Next month we’ll gently move into a new theme and continue building on this steady foundation.

Life naturally gets busier as the days get longer and brighter.

That’s why this month’s yoga theme is all about slowing down and grounding into the body.

Root down.
Breathe deeply.
Move gently.
Rise steadily.

You don’t need to be flexible or experienced — just willing to take an hour to look after yourself.

Much our April classes are focussing on gentle seated stretches.

This gives the body time to slow down, release tension in the hips and back, and settle into a calm and steady rhythm.

Sometimes growth doesn’t come from doing more —
it comes from pausing, breathing, and allowing the body to soften.

Perfect if you want a slower, more relaxing class that still helps build strength and balance.

One of the simplest ways to feel calmer is to bring awareness to the body and the breath.

In this month’s classes, we’ll be focusing on grounding through the feet, legs, and hips — building steady foundations that help the whole body feel more supported.

Yoga philosophy teaches that stability creates freedom.

The more grounded we feel, the more confident and relaxed we become in movement and in life.

Slow stretches, gentle balance, and plenty of time to settle and breathe.

Nothing complicated — just steady, supportive yoga.

April Yoga Theme: Root to Rise 🌱

This month in our classes, we’re focusing on the idea of rooting down to rise up.

In spring, plants and flowers don’t rush their growth. They first create strong roots beneath the surface before they begin to rise toward the light.

Our yoga practice follows the same idea.

Through slow movement, seated stretches, and gentle balance work, we’ll focus on grounding through the body so we can build strength, stability, and ease.

When we feel steady and supported, everything else becomes a little easier.

Simple, calm, and for everyone.
