What a beautiful night spent in the company of such inspiring, strong, and open-hearted women 💛

Thank you to each of the incredible mums who joined us — it was a true pleasure to share space with you, to move, breathe, journal, and simply be.

Together we created a circle of calm, connection, and care. From gentle yoga and grounding breathwork to reflective journalling and shared stories, plus a few yummy nibbles and bubbles ✨, the evening was all about making time for you.

Because when you’re nourished, your whole family feels it — and you 100% deserve that care.

The yoga class I taught last night was called ‘The Power of Progress’ a Ladder Flow Towards Wheel Pose/Upward Bow/Urdhva Dhanurasana. Progress isn’t about perfection; it’s about showing up, being present, and honouring where we are today. In yoga, progress is not measured by how deep we go into a pose but by our ability to listen to ourselves with kindness. The Power of Progress is about recognising the small steps that lead to transformation—physically, mentally, and emotionally. Exploring how consistent effort, patience, and self-compassion help us grow on and off the mat.

A ladder flow is a dynamic sequencing method where we start with a simple movement and gradually build upon it, adding layers as we go. This approach allows us to refine our alignment, build strength progressively, and find flow in our movement. Last night, we began our journey towards Wheel Pose, a heart-opening backbend that strengthens the entire body and promotes energy and confidence. But we approached it with Ahimsa—the yogic principle of non-harming. Ahimsa teaches us to move with awareness, to honour our boundaries, and to offer ourselves kindness rather than force.

Throughout the class, we prepared with gentle backbends, shoulder openers, and core activation, offering modifications along the way.

Whether we lifted into bridge pose, practised a supported wheel, or found the full expression, our progress is measured by our ability to listen and respond with love.

I’ve been teaching yoga at a Wiltshire school this week. We learnt 2-4 breathing, activated our ears and noticed the weather changing outside without looking, went on a yoga adventure with ‘Stella the stick insect’. She taught us we need to be our true selves and believe in ourselves. We tried challenging poses and were amazing at them! Finishing off with a short meditation and game. Mrs Yo is super proud as always.

We continue with the Yoga for the mind course, a six-week journey designed to uplift your mental well-being, helping you feel more balanced, energised, and at ease.

We move onto week 4 on Monday with the class 'Yes to You', it is all about reconnecting with yourself and building self-confidence. Together, we’ll celebrate your unique strengths, focus on self-kindness, and rediscover the power within. These practices are designed to leave you feeling strong, empowered, and full of self-belief.

I just wanted to pop in and wish you a very Happy Christmas and a joyful, love-filled holiday season! However this time of year feels for you, I hope it brings moments of lightness, warmth, and ease—and that the new year begins with a fresh sense of possibility and excitement.

It’s been such a gift to share this past year with you all. I’m endlessly grateful for the time we spend together, for your dedication, and for the beautiful community we’ve built.

Good morning. There is 1 slot left in the 7:15pm class and space in the 6:15pm class tonight. This evening we continue our term theme, 'Living Your Yoga', classes will focus on the Yama, Satya - Living in our truth. Let’s embrace our true selves tonight. An invigorating breathing technique will start the class followed by a sequence to unwind emotional tension and surrender to the day.
