Colville care Ltd is a long established provider of residential and Nursing Care. We are looking to recruit care assistants to join our existing well established teams.
The role is suitable for individuals with the right values and caring nature to meet the diverse needs of our residents. Candidates must be over the age of 18, be computer literate and Vaccinated against Covid-19 or willing to have a vaccination prior to starting work.
We pay £8.95 an hour for new starters (regardless of age), rising to £9.05 for NVQ2 or above. We also pay an additional £1.50 an hour for weekend shifts and time and a half for bank holidays. Excellent overtime rates available.
We will pay you during breaks.
We can offer various shift patterns, including 12 hour shifts, weekend or PM shifts only. Set shifts available to include at least one weekend day, or rota with alternate weekends off. No split shifts required. Our shifts start at 8am to 2pm and 2pm to 8pm. All staff are offered permanent contracts, up to 42 hours, and hours are guaranteed.
