Had the pleasure of seeing Ian Roland and The Steve Eggs Band at The Sound Lounge in Sutton recently. So good to see some live music again! 🙂❤️ I had no idea what to expect from the acts on the night, so hearing Ian Roland singing heartfelt lyrics about nature was a lovely surprise! Connecting with nature has such a positive effect on our mental health and wellbeing:- reducing levels of chronic stress, improving concentration, increasing activity levels and decreasing depression. And it makes us 15% more productive just having a houseplant or two in our workspace!
