🔍 What are Milia?
Milia are small, hard, white or yellowish cysts that sit just under the surface of the skin, most commonly around the eyes, cheeks, and nose. They form when keratin (a skin protein) becomes trapped beneath the skin and can’t exfoliate naturally.
Milia are not spots, and they can’t be squeezed out like spots, trying to do so can lead to damage or scarring.
