You can help make a difference. 💉

The free NHS flu vaccine reduces the risk of hospital admissions, helping keep loved ones healthy and home for the holidays.

Every year, people ready to go home from hospital are forced to wait, sometimes right through Christmas.

It’s called delayed discharge and it often happens when illness or lack of support slows recovery.

By taking preventive steps, like getting the free NHS flu jab and arranging care early, we can help more people spend Christmas where they belong: at home.

Because there’s no greater gift than being together. ❤️

✨ A Truly Special Morning at the Forget-Me-Not Christmas Carol Service ✨

Elaine, one of our Business Development Managers, had the privilege of delivering the annual Forget-me-not Christmas Carol Service in partnership with St John’s Church, Hildenborough. This cherished event welcomed 65 guests, bringing the community together for a warm and inclusive festive celebration.

For many people living with dementia, attending a traditional church service can be challenging, they may feel the need to move around, sing, dance or even conduct the choir.

This Dementia Friendly Service provides a safe, understanding space where everyone can enjoy the beauty of Christmas carols and readings in their own unique way.

It was a moving and uplifting morning as couples and families:

💙 Made new memories
💙 Relived treasured moments
💙 Experienced a sense of wellbeing that lasts long after the day itself

✨ Festive moments from our Trinity family! ✨

Live-in carer Janey McKay has shared these lovely photos from her clients — affectionately known as “the two Linda's”: Linda Vear and Lynda Harris.

With Janey’s support, both Linda's enjoyed decorating their Christmas tree together, filling the home with laughter, sparkle and festive cheer. 🎄❤️

It’s the little moments like these that make life truly special.

Our BD Manager, Nicola, connecting with Liz Copping and Helene Parsons of at the beautiful Wentworth Club this morning.

They had a great discussion about how Trinity can better support the wellbeing of Wentworth Estate residents and highlighted a common challenge: most people aren’t aware of the care pathways available until they urgently need them.

Together, we’re committed to bringing earlier guidance and reassurance to families.

This Christmas, one of the best gifts you can give is good health.

Flu and winter infections can lead to hospital admissions and for many older people, that means long waits before they can return home.

Help your loved ones stay safe, warm and home for the holidays by encouraging them to get the free NHS flu vaccine.

It’s a small step with a big impact — keeping families together when it matters most. 💖

Nicola’s Out & About! 🚗💙

One of our brilliant BD Manager's, Nicola, spent the day visiting the wonderful Windle Valley Day Centre in Bagshot, which is a fantastic non-profit service supported by Surrey Heath Borough Council.

She met with Centre Manager Lisa and enjoyed a full tour led by Activities Coordinator Nancy, learning all about the amazing community support offered to their members.

A huge thank-you to the team at Windle Valley for such a warm welcome!
