🌿 ManHealth Men's Walk at Low Barns Nature Reserve 🌿

This Tuesday, a group of our men got together for a refreshing walk at the beautiful Low Barns Nature Reserve – with 6 of them turning up to support each other at an unplanned walk, showing up to enjoy the fresh air, good company, and meaningful conversation. 💬👣

These walks are a great way to connect, support each other, and take a moment for our mental and physical wellbeing. 💚 There is always a walk or coffee morning happening.
