Start your weekend off with a bang, whilst Lynsey guides you through creative vinyasa flow.

Rise and shine yoga will start the weekend off right.

The class will be designed to improve flexibility, balance, and strength whilst having fun in a creative flow.

Rise & Shine Yoga - 9.45 - 10.45 with Lynsey Piff.

This practice will be suitable for all ages and fitness levels, modifications can be made to those new to yoga, additionally the class will push the more experienced student.

Vinyasa flow yoga links yoga poses into smooth, continuous sequences, synchronising movement with the breath for a dynamic class.

A moving Vinyasa builds up heat, flexibility, and strength.

Join Jane tomorrow evening for her Spring yin practice.

Spring symbolises renewal and growth, it is the perfect time to set new goals.

Jane’s Spring Yin practice will target the liver and the gallbladder energy lines.

Anatomically this practice will aim to hydrate, release, and lengthen the fascia along the inner legs, outer hips, the side body, and the ribcage.

This will help to Increase the flexibility in the hips, spine, and shoulders.

Thursday 17.50- 18.50 with Jane Palmer.

This will be a fun but thorough breakdown of inversions, to include headstand, handstand, crow and many other arm balances.

Robin will guide you through
step by step progressions to build up your confidence and mental strength, which are necessary to achieve these poses.

Robin will also include exercises you can use to build up core and shoulder strength, to make these poses accessible.

Robin will use many props to include walls, blocks and straps to understand proper structure and prevent injury.

We can’t wait to have Robin with us again.

Monday - Yoga Flow at 18.30 - 19.30 with Kate Thackeray.

A lovely flow to start your week off right, linking your breath with your movement and finding harmony on the mat.

Wednesday - Ashtanga at 18.00 - 19.00 with lan Miller.

This is a dynamic and structured style of yoga that synchronises your breath with movement through fixed sequence

Sunrise Yoga at 7.15 - 8.15 with Lynsey Piff.

This is a lovely energising creative yoga flow where the poses link to breath and movement.

Thursday - Yin Yoga at 17.50 - 18.50 with lan Miller.

This is a class where you hold the poses for longer in a passive stretch; a great class to stretch the body and calm the mind.

Saturday - Ashtanga at 8.15 - 9.30 with Ian Miller.

This is the full primary series to build up strength and concentration.

Saturday - Rise & Shine Yoga at 9.45 - 10.45 with Lynsey Piff.

This is a lovely vinyasa flow class to wake up and move the body, linking the breath with the movement.

First stop was Ashtanga covering for Ian, leaving the class through Primary 1.

Second stop was a creative vinyasa, energising the students for the rest of their weekend.

Do you fancy Ashtanga this Saturday morning?

Lynsey will covering the Primary 1 class for lan this week.

Ashtanga builds up strength, focus and stability in the mind and the body, it is a strong practise to a set sequence offering yoga therapy in a pot (Yoga Chikitsa).

Ashtanga Vinyasa is a physically demanding style of yoga but Lynsey will offer an accessible approach to get into the poses and modifications if needed.

What’s not to like, Yoga is for everyone.

Students follow a set sequence of postures each time, gradually progressing through the series.
