Join Jane this evening for a wonderful Autumn Yin Yoga practise.

As we move through Autumn we start to focus on inner reflection, release in the body and transition from the summer months.

Thursday 18.00 - 19.00 with Jane Palmer.

We will embrace the season's shift from outward activity to inward focus by aligning with our true selves.

In our Autumn practise we aim to let go of what is no longer needed, cultivate balance, gratitude, and a sense of groundedness for the colder months to clear the energy pathways.

Do you want to build up strength, focus and stability in the mind and the body?

Ashtanga Yoga is a dynamic and physically demanding style of yoga that focuses on synchronising the breath with a progressive series of postures, or asanas.

Ashtanga Builds strength, flexibility, and endurance, enhances mental focus and mindfulness.

Ashtanga detoxifies the body through sweat and controlled breathing, whilst improving postures and spinal alignment.

Don’t forget to book on for yoga tomorrow evening.

This is the perfect way to start your week, finding a sense of peace and balance, whilst being guided on the mat through your yoga flow.

Slow Flow, Monday, 18.30 - 19.30 with Kate Thackeray.

Kate will be guiding you through a restorative, therapeutic flow, that will challenge you but give you a sense of harmony, relaxation and balance.

We are a local yoga studio in worcester offering a range of classes.

Yoga Collective Worcester classes this week:

Monday - Slow Flow at 18.30 - 19.30 with Kate Thackeray.

This is a lovely slow flow to start your week ahead, a way to feel calm and a way to open the body.

Wednesday - Ashtanga at 18.00 - 19.00 with Ian Miller.

This is a challenging class to build up strength and concentration, a way to sculpt your body and mind.

Thursday - Yin Yoga at 18.00 - 19.00 with Jane Palmer.

This is a class where you hold the poses for 3-5 minutes in a passive stretch; a great class to stretch the body and calm the mind.

Saturday - Ashtanga at 8.15 - 9.30 with Lynsey Piff

This is the full primary series to build up strength and concentration, offering an accessible approach to Ashtanga.

Saturday - Yoga Fundamentals at 9.45 - 10.45 with Lynsey Piff.

This is a class to introduce you into the world of yoga, guide you through alignment and learn breathing techniques.

Don't forget to book for Yoga Fundamentals this Saturday morning.

This week the class is being covered by the lovely Laura Armstrong.

Laura is a very experienced teacher who will share her knowledge with the students with a lovely flow.

The class is designed to improve flexibility, balance, and strength while promoting mindfulness and stress relief, offering modifications for different skill levels.

Yoga Fundamentals - 9.45 - 10.45 with Laura Armstrong.

This practice is suitable for all ages and fitness levels, requiring no prior experience. It's a great way to build confidence, enhance overall well being, and prepare for more advanced yoga styles over time.

The class is also suitable for someone who wants to improve on their alignment and learn about the postures.

A lovely sound bath and yin yoga yesterday afternoon with the lovely Gemma.

Sound healing can help to reduce stress and anxiety reduction leading to improved sleep and a better mood.

Yin yoga helps to increase physical flexibility, improved joint health and mobility.

By reducing the stress and tension in the both practises helps to promote the parasympathetic nervous system and keep us in rest and digest.

We can’t wait for the next one, thanks to Gemma.
