Our Walk & Talk sessions are some of the most loved things we do - a chance for local parents to get outside, breathe fresh air, and find their people.

And they wouldn't happen without our brilliant volunteers.

We're looking for friendly, flexible people to help lead Walk & Talk sessions in and around Worcester. You don't need to be a trained professional - just a local parent who enjoys a walk and a chat.

We're looking for volunteers! 🙌

NCT Worcester & Droitwich is run by a small but mighty team of local volunteers - and we'd love to grow it.

Whether you have an hour to spare or a regular slot each month, there's a way to get involved that fits around you.

Right now we're especially looking for:

📱 Social media volunteers - help us spread the word and grow our community online. If you love Instagram, Facebook, and connecting with local parents, this one's for you.

🚶 Walk & Talk leaders - join a volunteer and help lead our outdoor parent meetups

💚 General helpers - a friendly face at events or behind the scenes

No experience needed. Just a bit of time and a big heart.

Volunteering with NCT is flexible, friendly, and incredibly rewarding - and you'll meet some brilliant people along the way.

If your little one has outgrown their wellies (or you're not sure it's worth buying a new pair just yet), our free Welly Library has you covered.

Borrow a pair, return them when you're done. Simple, sustainable, and completely free.

🌿 Better for the planet. Easier on your purse.

💛 Got a pair to donate? We'd love them! Drop outgrown wellies at Baby Café any Tuesday, 10am–12pm at Crowle Village Hall, and they'll find a new pair of feet in no time.

What is Baby Cafe? 💚

Baby Cafe isn't just about feeding support - though our trained volunteers are brilliant at that.

It's about finding your people.

💚 It's the mum who reassures you that cluster feeding is normal.

💚 The parent who makes you laugh about the 3am wake-up.

💚 The volunteer who helps you find a position that doesn't hurt.

💚 The cup of tea that's actually still warm when you drink it.

Every Tuesday, 10am–12pm at Crowle Village Hall, we create a space where:

✨ All feeding journeys are supported - breast, bottle, mixed, it's all welcome
✨ Your questions are never silly
✨ You can just be, without pressure
✨ The tea is hot and the company is warm

Drop-in, no booking needed. Babies of all ages welcome. Always free.

You don't need a feeding question to come. Sometimes you just need to be around other parents who get it.
