Welcome to 2025 what a year of unfurlment 2024 was for me. I completed all of my university days and assignments for my post graduate certificate, started shamanic drumming, completed my shinrin yoku forest therapy training, found a beautiful soul group to continue my spiritual growth, started my clinical placement delivering Therapeutic Pay and got my job in the woods delivering therapeutic sessions to looked after and adopted children. I also delivered mindful art sessions to the NHS perinatal mental health patients.

This work all aligned with my true purpose of energy work in healing deep trauma within our subconscious. It was all aligned because I released control and listened deeply to the messages of wisdom that came through when I could access the stillness within.

This year is my year to embody all that I’ve been working on within myself i’m ready to serve and support others to step into their power and purpose by listening deeply within.

I look forward to sharing my journey with you.

Hello I’m Rachel and I run Creatively Mindful and I’m starting community sessions for general well-being shortly through using creativity and I also work 1:1 with children and young people with mental health needs from low level anxiety to more complex concerns through art and creativity.

Morning everyone I’ve been busy completing my mindfulness teacher training and art therapy courses so that in the new year I can start offering more. I had the privilege to run a session for the NHS last week for women with post natal depression. I loved it and the feedback was beyond all my expectations.

Powerful Woman right there !

I literally took this picture of a random stranger in Mexico but it resonated with me deeply because what I see is, someone who isn't afraid to eat alone bc she knows what she brings to the table. I see a woman with a strong backbone, powerful, courageous, who knows her worth, and values living life to the fullest. Stop eating with everyone just bc you're afraid to sit by yourself. ❤️
