The WorkWell programme provides holistic, personalised support to individuals with health conditions, helping them remain in or return to employment by bridging the gap between health and employment services and addressing health-related barriers to work.

Goal: To address health and employment-related challenges, ultimately improving well-being and reducing unemployment due to health issues.

Who’s it for: The WorkWell programme is for individuals who are experiencing health conditions, both physical and mental that are affecting their ability to stay in or return to employment. Participants must be eligible to work in the UK and reside within Herefordshire or Worcestershire area or be registered with a GP in that area.
