Losing 5 stone was one of the hardest things Iโ€™ve ever had to do but now Iโ€™m on the other side of it I can look back and appreciate all the sacrifices I made were for the better to get me to where I am today.

If you are planning a romantic night at home, use your Steps Book as a guide, make sure you know exactly what foods to have for your current Step. Perhaps use an app to calculate calorie amounts beforehand, this will help keep you on track.โฃโฃโฃ
