Elements Reflexology Coaching, Workshops and Reflexology for busy women who look after others, but who forget themselves. What happens in a reflexology treatment? What about COVID?

Unique packages designed for women who want to prioritise themselves,feel more energised, and pursue their life goals using their own strengths. Reflexology helps individuals in different ways, and it is important that we spend time in the first appointment going through your medical history and discussing your lifestyle. I am a qualified reflexologist with an additional qualification in anatomy and physiology, which enables me to tailor a treatment just for you. You sit on a reflexology chair and take off your socks and shoes. I apply a scented wax of your choice before beginning a foot reading of your feet. Then we begin the reflexology and I use various pressure techniques on your feet to work on the 7,000 nerve endings on your feet! What does it feel like? It's not tickly and the pressure can be varied to your preference, from a light to a firmer touch. There may be some areas on your feet that feel a little tender, or that I feel having little granules or crystals, but I work on these as we go through the treatment. It is incredibly relaxing and many clients fall asleep! Is it safe? I have an Infection Control qualification. At the moment, I still take additional precautions such as cleaning the room and facilities after every treatment, as well as ventilating the room and spacing out treatments.
