After having so much fun at our pirate party, we decided to keep the theme going a little longer! 🏴‍☠️🌞

We enjoyed a mix of pirate and summer-themed games, and kept cool with some water gun fun! 💦🎯

Laughter, sunshine, and plenty of splashes made it a day to remember!

Lovely day here at St Stephen's Care Home partying like pirates. ☺️🎉

Residents and staff had a fantastic day enjoying a lively performance by the Worcester Ukulele Club , singing along to sea shanties and joining in with percussion instruments. 🎶🥁

We wrapped up the fun with a pirate treasure box piñata filled with sweet treats for all, the perfect end to a fabulous day! 🍬🌞

Last week we celebrated International Chocolate Day here at St Stephen's Care Home with lots of delicious treats. 😋🍫

We had a sweet afternoon sampling a variety of chocolates and cakes.🍩
We also made our own sweet temptations, white and dark chocolate rice crispy cakes and did a taste test trying to differentiate between the two flavours.

Our residents and staff had a great day indulging our passion for chocolate!✨☺️

💃 We had an absolute blast exercising and dancing with our lovely Zumba Gold instructor, Yana!

The hot rhythms of salsa, cha-cha, and upbeat Latin music had everyone moving, smiling, and feeling fantastic. What a fun way to stay active and lift our spirits! 🎶🔥

🏖️ Seaside Theme Party Fun! 🎶
We enjoyed an amazing afternoon with lively and familiar tunes from The Orchard Band. Everyone joined in singing songs from our weekly choir sing-a-longs and had a blast playing musical percussion instruments!

To keep the seaside vibes going, we played nautical bingo and classic games like hook the duck, loads of fun and laughter all around! 🦆🎉

From Father’s Day and National Carers Week to Care Home Open Week, Volunteers Week, and Pride Month, we’ve had so many reasons to come together and celebrate.✨

❤️ It’s been a month filled with joy and happiness. Bring on July, we’re ready for more memories!

Megan has been awarded for ensuring that residents who had become distressed were given the time and patience by reassuring them and distracting to areas of conversation that was person centred. 💜

Our activities co-ordinator Mary goes above and beyond to stimulate and engage residents enhancing their lives. 🎨

Annmarie whilst keeping our home clean, always takes time to spend time with residents, assuring them and engaging with them. 🌞

Our home administrator has gone above and beyond to support staff/colleagues with systems for annual leave, new training platform and for checking on residents welfare. ✨
