We had a lovely session this morning.
Here’s some of the equipment we use to encourage choices and creativity in a sensory friendly environment.
Today one of the exercises was creating their own contemporary dance using a small ball as a prop.

Plus all the usual fun activities to increase strength and coordination.

☕ Coffee & Chat Meet-Up for Autistic Adults ☕

This winter, we’re swapping our Wellbeing Walks for a warm and welcoming coffee & chat meet-up at Worcester Woods Café! A chance to connect with other autistic adults and AWM staff in a relaxed setting.

An Autism Specialist will be available for informal advice and signposting. We look forward to seeing you there! 😊

Looking forward to our next session this Saturday.
Please get in touch if you are interested in finding out more about what the sessions could offer your child.

We will be promoting the next dates soon but unfortunately there will not be a session in April due to the leaders having other commitments.

Sessions will start again on May 3rd, June 7th and July 5th.

We have some new mini pilates balls to use this session and some fun activities to try with them, (may need help inflating them!)

We love the bunting that a clever friend made for us to display at Flow 🥰🤩 it is displayed in the hall today for the October Flow OT dance sessions.

Next session is November 2nd and there will not be a session in December due to holiday and other commitments.
