July 2025: “I really want to lose weight, but there’s no point in starting now - I’m going on holiday in 2 weeks”

August 2025: “I still want to lose weight, but I’ll just wait until the schools go back”

September 2025: “ Maybe it’s time to join, but I’ve got two nights out this month so I’ll wait until next month”

October 2025: “Right this month I’m going to start… but Halloween is coming up so I know there will be loads of sweets. I’ll get that out the way first. “

November 2025: “I’m feeling really low, I really really want to lose weight. But I better save my money for Christmas.”

December 2025: “There’s absolutely no point joining in December I’ve got far too many nights out.”

January 2026: “Slimming World will be mobbed just now with it being a brand new year. I’ll just wait until next month.”

February 2026: “I wished I’d joined 6 months ago. If I lost 1.5lb per week I would have been over 3 stones lighter by now. “

Love this one.... what a day 😍
And i love my teamies ♥️

As a slimming world consultant I'm self employed but this role is not your average self employed one.... not only are you backed, supported and fully trained by Slimming World .... you are surrounded and supported by other consultants in your own team, area and district ❤️...... not only do we work together on wonderful community events and activities like the Cancer Research UK Race for Life , we support each other at promotion times, within our monthly meetings, but we are ALWAYS there for each other for whatever we need..and i really couldn't do it without them... currently I'm a member myself with Lee’s Slimming World - Worcester & Malvern and he's a member at my group too.... supporting each other with our weight loss goals 🥰

This is more than a job, it's an amazing role I'm so proud to have done for almost 24 years at this point and right now we are looking for new team mates to take on the consultant role, helping and supporting members to achieve their goals and transform their lives, I'm proud to have recruited the fabulous Worcester Slimming World with Sophie who was a member of my morning group and currently runs 3 groups herself alongside family life 😍

Weather you are on your journey or at target, if you have ever looked at your consultant and thought wow they obviously love what they do, i wonder what else the role entails?..... i wonder if I could do it? 🤔
Speak to them, ask about our next opportunity event 😍..... weather you are looking for a new career or a part-time role alongside another job or family life..... you'd be hard pressed to find a more rewarding role ❤️

Here's another big shout out from yesterday, and a before and after (in more ways than one 😃) the fabulous Claire Willis our brilliant miss money penny (Pay lady social team member) from my Thursday 5.30pm session joined me for the muddy run yesterday at the Cancer Research UK Race for Life event ... she has lost a fantastic 4st 10lb in the last 15 months with me, she shared with me she'd last done the race for life in 2018 and although she was immensely proud of herself for completing it, yesterday felt amazing to be able to haul herself over those obstacles and through the mud with ease..... we're all super proud of you Claire 😍
And i feel another great friendship was made yesterday too as Michelle from my Tuesday morning group who also joined us for the muddy run became her race buddy and they stuck together and supported each other all the way to the finish line 🥰

I love what we do in our groups, not only do we help, support, motivate and inspire people in their weight loss journeys, but we build communities and friendships too 🥰, this gorgeous lady is an wonderful inspiration to others having achieved her personal achievement target and continuing to maintain it, but such a friend to many in her session too 🥰

What an amazing day yesterday was 🥰...... over 80 members & consultants took part in the events from across Worcester, Malvern, Evesham and Hereford and many more came down to support us and cheer us on 😍.... I love the communities we build in our Slimming World family!

From my Slimming World St.Peters Worcester with SAM groups 7 members and Myself took part in the 5k, 1 in the 10k and 3 more joined me for the muddy run 😀..... im so proud of all of them..... some are people who run regularly (1 does marathons across the world, and 1 is running next years TCS London Marathon ) but mostly they were people who wanted to do something for themselves, have some fun and raise money for this fabulous cause....... im so proud of all of them but have to mention 2 in particular..... 1 lovely lady who celebrated her 60th birthday by walking the 5k with her friend (who she made in group)..... and another who suffers from extreme anxiety, after struggling to even get to the start line she completed it with the help of her gorgeous little doggy and the support of everyone around her ❤️

Cancer Research UK Race for Life is such a wonderful event and I'm proud that are one of the sponsors and help raise money for such a worthwhile cause that is so very close to my heart ❤️..... unfortunately the big C touches everyone's life wether directly or indirectly and anything any of us can do to help advance medical research, treatment and support for those suffering can only be a good thing..... thanks for reading and if you have got this far please scroll back to the top , hit the link and donate a £ or 2 ..... we would all be so grateful 🥰
