What do British Marathon Champions Paula Radcliffe, Sir Mo Farah, Lily Partridge, Philip Sesemann, Charlotte Purdue, Alyson Dixon, Natasha Cockram, Rose Harvey, Samantha Harrison and Eilish McColgan all have in common? 👟

They have all had a Biomechanical Assessment using Footscan technology! 👣

Marathon season is coming, are your feet ready to go the distance? 🏃‍♂️🔥

Before your mileage builds up and the long runs kick in, make sure your foundations are solid. A Footscan assessment provides a detailed breakdown of how your feet load and function under pressure 🦶🏽

In clinic, we can identify:

👣 Imbalances in left vs right loading
👣 Excessive pronation or supination
👣 Instability during the dynamic foot strike
👣 Abnormal pressure that could lead to injury

The earlier we assess, the more time you have to:

✅ Optimise your training
✅ Reduce injury risk
✅ Improve comfort in your running shoes
✅ Consider bespoke orthoses if needed

Don’t wait until something starts hurting!

Prepare properly. Train smarter. Run stronger.

📩 Get in touch to book your Footscan assessment and get marathon-ready from the ground up!

Heel pain isn’t always “just the heel”.

Ankle control changes how your foot loads.

Improve control and stability and you often reduce the stress that keeps winding it up.

Heel pain advice online is chaos.

You don’t need 100 opinions — you need one plan, laid out in order, so you know what to do first and what to do next.

Most people rush the lowering phase.

Slow, controlled lowering is what helps the tissue adapt.

If it’s too sore, you don’t quit — you scale it and keep the progression.

Stretching can feel good… but it’s rarely the full answer long-term.

Heel pain usually comes down to tolerance — what your foot can handle right now.

The plan is strength + consistency + footwear that isn’t undoing your progress.

I made this because I kept seeing the same heel pain patterns and I can’t help everyone 1:1.

People don’t need more hacks — they need a clear plan in the right order. That’s what Heal My Heels is.

Quick win: toe presses. Controlled press, hold, relax — no clawing.

It helps rebuild support under the foot so the heel isn’t taking all the stress.

More structured steps coming.

Morning heel pain is common — those first steps feel brutal because the tissue stiffens overnight, then gets hit with load straight away.

The mistake is bouncing between random tips.

The fix is a simple sequence: calm the triggers, build tolerance, then progress gradually.

It’s all starts with a flight… and before you know it, you’re surrounded by Auto Rickshaws (TUK TUKs) and milky sugary tea…

All in the name of a mandate… help as many people as possible avoid Diabetic foot ulcers.

85% amputations can be prevented.

EASY CHEAP advice and treatment…

It’s not hard.

It’s early diagnosis
Early treatment
Change diet
Make sure shoes are not causing skin damage
GET TO DR ASAP if they see any change of Skin colour, temp, wound, swelling.
The sooner we see it, the sooner we can act.

TIME IS TISSUE
