There's very few employers out there that can share a post like this one!

At Carefour we have as many hours as you need. Demand for care in the community is at an all time high and at times of financial uncertainty, it is good to know that you have the ability to increase your hours to meet your household needs as and when you need to.

Care runs are well organised with clients being no more than 10 - 15 minutes apart. Generous travel expenses and paid travel time are included in the role. Other benefits include 5.6 weeks paid holiday per annum, contributory pension scheme, paid training and shadowing, a reward scheme, free NVQ training, career progression and finally, a benefit that cannot be measured, job satisfaction.

We welcome people with previous care experience and we are also very keen to be contacted by anyone who is new to care.

World Mental Health Day is also a chance to talk 🗣️ about mental health in general, how we need to look after it, and how important it is to talk about things and get help if you are struggling 👍🏻

At Carefour we focus on our teams mental health, our managers are ready to support our people and we also provide access to a free online service providing all kinds of support for our brilliant carers and office teams.
