Come and join a Valentines themed sound bath on Saturday 10th February from 14.00 - 16.00

A heart opening Yin yoga and a sound bath, followed by a glass of fiz and a chocolate 💝

At St Marks Church Hall.

£25 all in.

Please wear comfortable clothes and layers for the sound bath. We have bolsters but you may want a yoga mat to lie on, a blanket and a pillow. I would also suggest warm socks and a bottle of water.
