Continuing with mental health awareness week! The focus this year is on 'movement' from the Mental Health Foundation.
How often do we exist in our heads and forget we have a body?! ✋
Sometimes when our minds are racing, taking a moment to connect with and move our bodies can be really helpful. Stretch out, stand up, have a walk, dance like no one is watching! 💃 It can really help!
I'm always reminding clients that the mind and body are linked (I've never seen a floating head- have you?!) and the traffic between them is two way.
